Dr.
Brunak currently is the Centre for Biological Sequence Analysis
in the Biocentrum-DTU, Technical University of Denmark.
Soren Brunak's research group
works on integrative approaches to study complex biological
mechanisms.
Experimental and predicted data on coding and non-coding sequence,
structure, localization, modification,function, expression,
pathways, and interaction are combined in novel ways.
The aim is to reveal systemic aspects of cellular function.
The group is working on integrative systems biology approaches
for the study of proteome dynamics, including temporal patterns
of post-translational modification during the eukaryotic cell
cycle. |
